Notch Mediated Processes in
Development & Disease

Notch signaling plays a crucial role in cellular development and many disease pathologies

  • We study how Notch signaling contributes to the pathogenesis of solid & hematopoietic malignancies
  • We aim to determine how Notch regulates gene expression in a cell-lineage-specific fashion, we an eye towards developing effective Notch-directed therapeutic strategies
  • We do our Notch work within a unique longstanding highly interactive collaboration with the labs of Stephen Blacklow (HMS) and Warren Pear (U Penn)
